The Redwood Coast Regional Center, headquartered in Ukiah, serves California's far north coast — Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, and Mendocino counties. It is one of the most rural service areas in the system, and its vendors are correspondingly small and far-flung. Any vendor receiving $500,000 or more in Redwood Coast funding across the State fiscal year is subject to the WIC §4652.5 independent CPA review or audit requirement, the same as a vendor in Los Angeles.

Your deadline

Your independent report is due within nine months of your fiscal year-end, and the report plus any management letter must reach Redwood Coast Regional Center within 30 days of when your CPA issues it.
